About Imole Olabode

Built by Faith. Called to Lift Others.

I am the second of five children, raised in a quiet town in Osun State, Nigeria, where love was abundant, but opportunity was not.

My father, a dedicated teacher and now a pastor, raised us with deep-rooted values: discipline, integrity, faith, and contentment. We didn’t have much, but we had enough, and more importantly, we had a foundation. That foundation held me when the world outside began to challenge me.

A Phone That Changed Everything
When I got my first mobile phone, it didn’t just connect me to people, it connected me to possibility.

For the first time, I saw what was happening beyond my village. People were building blogs. Designing websites. Earning online. Making an impact with digital tools. I was fascinated. And for the first time, I thought: “What if I could do that too?”

So, I started small, but determined. I saved up to pay bloggers to build my first blog. I taught myself Google Blogger. I created content. I earned a little. But I had no one to share it with.

I lacked the courage to speak up, not because I wasn’t proud of my work, but because I felt alone in it. Not too long after, I was admitted into one of the country’s top polytechnics, which was a very proud moment.

Although, new environment brought new influences because most of my peers were focused on academics, books, and traditional paths. There was no space for digital dreams. No one is building blogs or freelancing. So I buried that part of me.

Academic excellence became my focus, and while I’m grateful for the knowledge I gained, I now see that my environment once again shaped my direction. I was learning but not growing in the way I once dreamed.

A Decision That Changed Everything

After graduation, I faced a reality many know too well: What now?
I saw friends returning home, idle. Lost. Without direction, and I didn’t want that. And I certainly didn’t want to fall into the trap of “Yahoo” (cybercrime), which is popularly accepted and less criticized.

I was desperate, not for money, but for purpose and direction. That’s when I was introduced to Faith Heroic Generation.

At first, I hesitated because I’d heard rumors. Negative comments online, and friends warning me: “It’s a scam.“They’re just recruiting.” For 8 months, I delayed. But then I saw someone I trusted, a close associate, who showed me proof that he has started earning.

Also, I can see that this friend is growing and changing from what I once knew him of. I made a decision that I would stop listening to rumors, and start seeing for myself. And when I finally joined, I realized something profound, and that is, I wasn’t missing talent. I was missing community.

For the first time, I found people who:

The loneliness ended. The confusion cleared.
And my digital space dream, which got buried when I got admission, came back to life.

Thanks to the experience that shaped my purpose.

Today, I co-lead Delight Team, a growing community under Faith Heroic Generation, where we
help people rise through:

But our real goal is to create environments where people don’t just survive, they thrive.

Because I know from experience that your background doesn’t have to define your future, your environment can limit you, or lift you, and that the right community can change everything.

These are the principles that guide everything I do:

Today, I do more than share skills, I build systems and I mentor individuals.

Which Involves:

I always show up as proof that your beginning doesn’t determine your end.

This Is More Than My Story. It’s an Invitation

If you’ve ever felt:

Then you’re exactly where I once was.
And I’m here to tell you, there’s a way forward and that, with the right skills, support, and mindset, trust me, you can rise too.
